Hugh And Audrey Fraser, Ruth Asawa, and George Turner Marsh

The Hagiwara garden collection was purchased by the Frasers when the Hagiwaras were evicted.  After the death of Mrs. Fraser, it was moved back to the San Francisco Tea Garden.

A stone memorial by Ruth Aswara to Makoto Hagiwara who maintained the garden from 1895 to 1942.

George Turner Marsh played a major role in creating the Japanese village for the 1894 World's Fair.
